This magnificent manor house (15C and 17C) was bought by the French coastal conservation body (Conservatoire du littoral), and completely restored. Today it houses a major centre for culture and tourism that aims to bring to the fore the heritage of La Hague peninsula and Le Cotentin. In addition to the spaces given over to temporary exhibitions, there is an immersive itinerary-cum-show that poetically shows the history of La Hague and its inhabitants from the 10C to 21C.
