Civil and military monument
The Michelin Guide's review
In Downtown L.A., the esplanade of the California Plaza, a project completed in 1993, is a place that is loved by visitors and employees from neighbouring offices, who come here to relax or sip a coffee on a café terrace. A pool scattered with little floral islands adds to the charm of the place. Two tall twin towers of glass and steel loom over the square. A stone's throw away, MOCA, the Museum of Contemporary Art, has plenty in store.
