After a 4hr sail from Labuhan Bajo on the island of Flores, you disembark on Komodo. It has to be said that it houses a large community of around 2 700 Komodo dragons! But Komodo is also worth the journey to see Poreng Valley, Gunung Ara, from where there is a superb point of view over the islands and, of course, its diving spots.
