The Michelin Guide's review
Housed in the former 14C church of La Pietat, this museum contains a magnificent collection of art from the 10C to 17C originating from various villages in the diocese, most notably a papyrus belonging to Pope Sylvestre II and a retable from Abella de la Conca. However, the most important exhibit is the 11C Beatus, one of the rare copies of St John's famous commentary on the Apocalypse, written in the 8C by Beatus of Liébana.
