The Michelin Guide's review
Buyeo National Museum has a precious 1 000-piece collection of cultural artefacts from the Baekje Kingdom 18C BC-660 AD), from the Bronze Age at its peak, the Sabi period (538-660). Admire in particular the famous statues of Buddha, including the magnificent "Smile of Baekje" and, the gem of the collections, a richly and finely decorated gilded bronze incense burner (6C), weighing 12k and displaying two cosmological visions of the world.
