Of the monastery itself, which had no less than four churches, only the small citadel remains, its crenellated walls crowning a large rounded rock in the middle of a valley. Here also, the scenery is superb making it easy to spend hours admiring its beauty. Yediler (or Kellibara) was the second most important monastic complex in the region after Stylos.
