The Michelin Guide's review
On the ruins of two former churches dedicated to St Martin, who attempted to evangelise the population, a new, larger edifice was built in the 11C and 12C. The transept, a chapel, small apses and 60 capitals remarkably decorated with human faces and imaginary or real animals still remain today. Fine historiated capitals and a crypt, where the remains of the early church have been uncovered, are also noteworthy.
