The Michelin Guide's review
Bosa's former cathedral, a masterpiece of Romanesque-Gothic architecture, was built by Bishop Costantino de Castra. Work started in 1062 in the Lombard Romanesque style, while the apse, lateral naves and the robust bell tower date back to the following decade. The right side and the façade date from the late 13C and exemplify all the characteristics of the Cistercian Gothic style.
