An asphalt road leads from the summit of Mt Galtisbuouda (the last 5km are very steep), from where you can fully appreciate the beauty of Arjeplog's lakes. On a clear day, you can take in a vast and splendid panoramic view that stretches over a distance of 100km in every direction and includes the summit of Ammarfjället to the west, Pieljekaise to the northwest and the snow-capped mountain range of Pårte in Sarek National Park.
