The Michelin Guide's review
Two minutes from Sainte Trinité Church, this tiny bolthole is the epitome of an authentic Parisian café with seating for fifteen only, an open-plan kitchen and a slate menu that changes according to market availability. Enthusiastic Pauline and Vincent Da Costa pamper guests with indulgent, mouth-watering dishes. Signatures include melt-in-the-mouth red tuna in a herby seasoning, slightly spicy duck stew paired with house-made agnolotti and a decadent pavlova of rhubarb and non-pasteurised cream to finish. Meticulously sourced French ingredients. Refreshingly low-key, yet brimming with big-boned flavours and a bargain lunchtime menu.
