The opulent Plëss brasserie is just as elegant as the swish Place d’Armes Hotel in which it is housed. A quick glance at the menu will reveal that rotisserie and carvery dishes feature prominently in the classic lineup. The veal cutlet is grilled to perfection and flanked by a punchy gravy. You have the choice of side dishes, from Robuchon mashed potato to seasonal veggies, while other delicacies include foie gras in red wine and balsamic vinegar. The meat is carved at the table in traditional brasserie style. A mouth-watering "plëss-ure"!
