The Michelin Guide's review
This palace, heralded by a monumental doorway and decorated with sculptures by Giovanni Giuliani, is a gem of Viennese Baroque and Rococo (1694-1706). It is owned by the Princes of Liechtenstein. Brilliantly restored between 2009 and 2013, it is now open to the public by prior arrangement. Inside, you will be able to admire treasured paintings from the Biedermeier Era, by artists from Amerling to Waldmüller.
