The light, sparkling, festive prosecco wine is indissociable with the Cartizze around San Pietro, Santo Stefano, Guia and Follo. While only a few square kilometres in total, it is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful landscapes of Italy. It is on these immaculate, almost manicured hillsides that the valdobbiadene superiore is produced, the best quality prosecco. This tiny area is home to a hundred or so wine cellars.
