The Michelin Guide's review
The Bass Performance Hall, designed by David M. Schwarz (1998), occupies a full city block. It is easily identified by its 15m twin limestone sculptures - trumpet-heralding angels by Marton Varo. The Bass is home to the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra of the ballet and opera, and the Van Cliburn International Piano Competition.
