This site is made up of a number of interesting monuments. The Archaeology Centre is established in a 15C fortified dwelling and is devoted to local history and the surrounding vestiges visible on the Archaeology Trail. The White Cross of Tola (late 12C) and its Scandinavian-influenced geometric patterns is emblematic of Celtic art. The site is also home to a round tower and the remains of an 11C church.
