Founded by veterans and volunteers, and designed by Canadian architect Brian K Chamberlain, this museum installed on the very beach where the Canadians landed in June 1944 focuses on Canadian involvement in these operations, including its troops, and its navy and industrial effort that proved so vital to the Allies.
