Rozenhoedkaii (Rosary Embankment)
Michelin Guide
Civil and military monument
The Michelin Guide's review
From this embankment, you can see Bruges in all its splendour. Near the basin stands the pretty House of the Tanneurs (Huidenvettershuis), which dates back to 1630 and is a fine example of civilian architecture. A house with a tower stands a little further on. Beyond that, you will see the high roof of the Chapel of the Holy Blood. To the left, the majestic, almost austere belfry dominates the city.
